Booking & Cancellation Rules

Bookings

Bookings can only be made using our EC Pro registration & booking system.

All activities must be paid for at the time of booking using either a credit or debit card or gift vouchers.  We cannot pencil you in and we don’t accept cash on the day.

We have a 36 hour lesson/event booking notice set on our system, this means that you cannot make a booking within 36 hours of when you wish to come.  This is to allow us to organize our staff and horses.

Cancellation Policy.

A minimum of 36 hours notice is required to cancel or re-arrange group, shared private or private riding activities 

Cancellations must be made via your EC Pro account, login in, click on ‘My Account’ and you will see a box telling you how many lessons you have booked and if you click on this button, it will list all of the lessons you have booked.  Click on the appropriate lesson and cancel it.  You will be notified of the cancellation period and whether a credit is available with the notice given.

If you need to cancel on the day, please cancel online and also as a courtesy telephone us on 01751 432758 and leave a message on the answerphone so we’re not thinking you’re running a couple of minutes late.

If you cancel your lesson or activity 36 hours before it starts or earlier then you will receive a credit for the value of the lesson cancelled.  This credit will sit on your EC Pro account and may be used by you in any further lessons or activities, we cannot refund you in cash or pop the money back in your bank account.

On very rare occasions, we reserve the right to cancel your lesson/activity due to unforeseen circumstances.  We will notify you immediately via email/telephone in these circumstances.
